My experience at Renault Enfield was great from start to finish. I saw the car on Autotrader and phoned the dealer. I spoke with Antaeus and placed a deposit on the vehicle for the earliest viewing date. I dealt with Antaeus for the whole purchase process from the telephone contact to the vehicle handover. Antaeus was a very straightforward person to deal with, friendly and attentive. I felt no pressure from him to purchase the vehicle and he clearly explained the whole purchase process as we went along. On handover day, the car was fully charged and well presented. Antaeus explained the controls to me and I was on my way. Since purchasing, I have heard from him by a video message and also by email. He has been responsive to my emails and I feel confident that Renault Enfield will continue to give good service going forward.
